When you’d like us to start checking availability, comparing options and shaping the detail, we’ll suggest a simple Kickstart (or formal engagement) so everything stays thorough, fair, and properly managed — and you always know what you’re getting.

- Scheduling & coordination: build-outs, deliveries, crew timing, rehearsal/flow where needed.
- Practicalities & safety: site considerations, permissions, and ensuring appropriate public liability cover is in place.

Choose your required gear and services
Following our Discovery call we’ll send you clear lists of the gear and equipment available to hire from us, with options for personnel to operate it — or not — as you prefer, plus suggested suppliers for your needs.
These include options for:
- Decor: lanterns, vases, drapes, easels, flower stands
- Lighting: uplighters, lighting bars, candelabras, spot lights, starbursts, fairy lights
- Entertainment: lawn games
- Options for any of the individual services listed in Your Vision, without the need to build a wraparound package.
All clearly priced, direct costs — no hidden extras or middle-person fees. You then make your selections and return your choices to us at your earliest convenience (the earlier the better to guarantee availability).
Booking confirmed
We send you a contract for your selected hire. A deposit secures your chosen options, with the balance due 14 days prior to the event, and a choice of delivery or collection — as you prefer.
Fees & clarity
We’re happy to offer generous guidance at enquiry stage — a short Discovery call and experience-led indications of what’s realistic for your guest count, style and budget range. You then choose the pathway. If you’d like structured planning (budget framework, priorities, early timeline and clear next steps), we begin with a fixed-fee Kickstart. Supplier availability checks, quote comparisons, detailed scheduling and coordination sit within Full Planning & Delivery, as those elements only work properly when we’re formally engaged to take responsibility for the detail and pace. If you’d like to hire gear, we simply contract that for you with a deposit fee, and then the balance amount due prior to the event. In short: we’ll help you orientate for free — and when you want to hire services or equipment, or want us comprehensively “in the engine room”, we do it properly, with clarity and accountability.
